Tell me if this sounds familiar. You are planning for a dinner with some friends, table is set, house is clean, and food is being prepared. But somehow, in the midst of cooking you realize that the menu you planned in your head, looks much smaller on a plate. You need an extra side, but you don’t have much time to prepare one. What do you do? Simply walk (no need to run) to your fridge and grab a bunch of sugar snap peas. This recipe can be prepared in under 5 minutes and is a definite crowd pleaser. While my family still prefers fresh picked from the garden peas (preferably eaten while sitting on the lawn in the warm sunshine), these peas are a close second. No sunshine needed.
