I think I say this every time I make a chicken dish, but I’m pretty sure this is my new favorite chicken recipe. Crispy skin, and juicy meat, seasoned with garlic, herbs, and just a hint of spice, then smothered in a sweet garlic butter sauce and baked until caramelized. Sound good? I think so too! I’ve served this with rice and also with twice baked potatoes, and hubby eats the leftovers right out of the fridge…they’re that good. I’ve seen several recipes for garlic and brown sugar chicken on the internet, and this is one of my favorite recipes. I’ve changed this recipe around a bit, adding a little heat, and marinating the meat ahead of time.
